That’s why we offer comprehensive in-house and external training programs on soft skills, POSH, POCSO, disaster management and safety protocols for our entire staff. These mandatory trainings ensure that all employees, regardless of position, share our vision and possess the skills necessary to create a safe and secure learning experience.

TSUS operates a comprehensive network of air-conditioned school buses covering many key areas of the city. Specific routes and pick-up points will be provided by the school administration upon request. The bus routes are enabled with CCTVs and powered with a bus tracking system.

We have a well-equipped infirmary with two full-time qualified nurses who provide first aid and care for minor injuries. For emergencies, the school has tie-ups with KIMS and Rainbow Hospital, along with a fully equipped ambulance on campus.

Our state-of-the-art facilities cater to a variety of sports like soccer, cricket, basketball, yoga, skating, and taekwondo. To promote health and inclusivity, our campus maintains a no-sweets policy. On birthdays, students are celebrated with the distribution of nutritious treats such as dry fruits or chikkis. Cakes, chocolates, and other sweet items are not allowed. This approach ensures safe and memorable celebrations for all children, while reinforcing our commitment to healthy habits.

TSUS leverages the established CBSE curriculum as a foundation but elevates the learning experience further by incorporating the renowned ‘SHRI’ way of teaching and learning. The ‘Shri Way’ is progressive, experiential and keeps the child at the centre while designing lessons. It is completely aligned with NEP 2020.

We follow a whole school ratio of 1:11, with an additional facility of one didi per section in the Pre-Primary grades

Assessment is a continuous and ongoing process at TSUS. In the junior school, assessments are conducted to evaluate Understanding, Application, and Effort. While knowledge, retention, and recall are important, the focus is on building Higher Order Thinking Skills which equip the child to become a self-motivated lifelong learner.

Formal assessments begin from middle school through a system of formative and summative assessments involving a mix of cycle tests, projects, presentations, and quizzes, which incorporate writing and oral skills.

A record of the academic progress, cognitive and physical development of the children of all the classes is maintained by the teachers. These are shared periodically with parents and strategies for enhancing the child`s ability are designed.

We follow assessments and evaluations at the Middle and Senior levels in school as defined by the CBSE.

The School, programme offers an optional breakfast, lunch, and snack program for students. The menu is curated in consultation with a qualified nutritionist and provides a variety of healthy food choices for students to savour in a friendly environment promoting a healthy lifestyle.

All payments to school are via cheque, credit/debit card, or online bank transfers only. Details for online transfers will be given on request by the Accounts Department.

While formal report cards are given twice a year, a system of non-reporting Parent Teacher Meets is also followed with prior appointment. The school believes in open communication, and both parents and teachers are encouraged to reach out to each other to seek support and apprise of developments through mail and on calls.

The school communicates with parents through the Shri Connect portal, newsletters, text messages, e-mail, and school diaries. Scheduled communication between teachers and parents includes parent-teacher meetings, end-of-the-term reporting, meeting by appointment, and walk-in time. Apart from these scheduled meetings, teachers meet with parents whenever a need arises. The school website offers updates on the school, its programs, and events. Homework is uploaded on the Shri Connect portal for the parents to be aware of.

Yes, we do accept student applications from other educational systems, subject to the parameters laid down by CBSE.

TSUS, Hyderabad endeavours to offer preferential admission to siblings. Eligible siblings of current students are automatically placed at the top of their respective categories within the waiting list.

There is no guarantee of admission into The Shri Ram Schools in Delhi, Gurgaon, or any other Shri Ram Schools. This is primarily because all The Shri Ram Schools follow a strict admission policy and there is complete transparency in their admission process. Whenever vacancies arise, those on the waiting list are offered admission on a first come first serve basis.
