Managing Director and Founder

Ms. Aishwarya Kurra is a visionary designer and educator who combines her passion for impactful spaces with education. She earned her design certification from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, USA, her bachelor’s degree in architecture from Jawaharlal Nehru School of Planning and Architecture, Hyderabad, and her master’s degree in business management (MBM) from Oxford University, UK. Aishwarya’s career spans government and private sectors, where she has collaborated with architectural firms and construction companies such as Genesis Planners Private Limited, Industrial Consultancy Cell, Surya Infra IT Parks Pvt. Ltd, and Myscape Properties Pvt. Ltd.

Aishwarya’s commitment to education is centered on fostering a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive holistically. She believes in creating schools where students are eager to attend because they feel engaged, safe, and inspired to explore. Her focus is on ensuring students receive a 360-degree learning experience that combines academic excellence with character development, critical thinking, and creativity.

Through her work, Aishwarya aims to make a positive impact by providing quality education in happy, vibrant spaces that encourage children to become well-rounded individuals. Her dedication to this mission is evident in the schools she helps lead, where students are given the tools and opportunities to succeed in all aspects of life.

Managing Director & Founder

Ms. Sindhura is the co-founder and MD of The Shri Ram Hyderabad Schools. She has always been passionate about education and pursued teaching jobs while studying at BITS – Pilani and Babson FW. Olin Graduate School of Business. After completing her MBA, she dedicated herself to her family business for five years but eventually returned to education in 2017 by establishing The Shri Ram Universal School.

Ms. Sindhura is driven by the desire to provide a well-rounded education that instills strong Indian values in students. The Shri Ram Universal School started as a primary school and has grown into a CBSE-certified K-12 school with over 2100 students within just seven years.

As a leader, Ms. Sindhura focuses on developing and executing the overall strategy of the organization. She identifies areas of growth, recruits senior leadership, and makes policy and financial decisions to maintain the growth trajectory of the schools. She empowers her team to manage day-to-day operations while she concentrates on the bigger picture and ensures that long-term goals are being met.

Ms. Sindhura’s biggest milestones are the success stories of her students who have grown up to be responsible and value-driven individuals. She is proud of the impact she has made on the lives of children and finds daily challenges an opportunity to demonstrate her passion and commitment to education.

Director Education & Founder Principal

Dr. Jyothi Reddy, founding principal of The Shri Ram Universal School, Hyderabad, has over two decades of experience in education. A lifelong learner, she holds multiple degrees and certifications in various fields including education, leadership, and pharmacy. Dr. Reddy is an NLP practitioner, certified life skills and leadership coach, and a life member of the Certified Coaches Alliance.

She is actively involved in community service, serving as the Rotary Foundation Director at the Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills and the Chair of Teacher Training for District 3150. Her commitment to education and social service is reflected in her honorary doctorate.

Dr. Reddy has received numerous awards such as the Rashtriya Shiksha Ratan Award, Progressive Principal Award, and Hybiz.tv Women’s Leadership Award. Her efforts include strengthening Parent-School partnerships during the pandemic and establishing platforms like Shri Samvad/Shri Saathi for meaningful dialogues.

Under her leadership, The Shri Ram Universal School, Hyderabad, has become a hub of holistic education, embodying its true essence.

Ms. Usha Ramaswamy is a dedicated educator who believes in nurturing the holistic development of each child. She holds a master’s degree in English, a bachelor’s degree in law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Delhi University, along with qualifications as a Company Secretary. Recently, she completed her certificate in education leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

With over 25 years of experience in education, including 15 years at The Shri Ram School Aravali, Usha has held various roles such as Key Activity Coordinator and Academic Coordinator. She is a firm believer in learning from her students and integrates diverse content like news reports, advertisements, and poetry into her lessons.

Usha sees herself as the CEO – the Chief Experience Officer of the school – constantly crafting and curating experiences that enrich her students’ learning journey.

Vice Principal, Junior School

Ms. Nirupama Katikaneni, an accomplished educator with 24 years of experience in the field of education, has held various roles such as Academic Coordinator, Senior Academic Coordinator, and Academic Head. She began her journey as a Grade IV teacher and, within seven years, took charge as Junior School Vice Principal at The Shri Ram Universal School, Hyderabad.

Ms.Nirupama Katikaneni has been instrumental in spearheading the implementation of innovative teaching methodologies and streamlining processes that have strengthened the school’s overall functioning. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and consistently upgrades her knowledge through diverse training opportunities. In addition, she has completed the Neuro Linguistic Practitioner course, further enhancing her professional expertise.

She has also played a key role in ensuring exceptional academic standards at TSUS, while significantly enhancing the institution’s reputation as a child-centric organisation that values parent partnership and nurtures inclusivity, compassion, and growth.

I take pride in being the Founder Principal of The Shri Ram Universal School, Hyderabad and the Director Education of The Shri Ram Hyderabad Schools.

The philosophy of TSUS, its child centric and progressive approach to education ensures that every child is provided with the opportunity to evolve and develop at their own individual pace. To do this, I firmly believe that parents and school are equal stakeholders. A strong school-parent partnership is essential to ensure that children realise their potential and achieve excellence in all their endeavours. The three-way handshake has been one of the important pillars of strength and growth of the school. The Shri Ram Universal School believes in creating a happy environment for all stakeholders – the child, the parent and the Shri Educator.

The intention of all the programmes is to focus on how to learn rather than what to learn, along with emphasis on skill building to ensure that Shriites are equipped to embrace the uncertain future.

Ms. Shweta Vaze is an educator by choice, bringing over 15 years of experience in teaching Mathematics to senior secondary grades and in school administration. A Gold Medallist with a Master’s in Computer Application, she has consistently excelled in her academic journey, earning distinctions across her qualifications, which include a Bachelor’s in Mathematics (Honours), a Bachelor’s in Education, CTET, and a Diploma in Educational Administration and Management.

She is a national rank holder at the CENTA International Teaching Professional Olympiad (2023) and was honoured with the Inspiring Teacher Award by CBSE Hyderabad Sahodaya Schools (2024). She has also been felicitated by Mrs. Smriti Irani, former HRD Minister, for the remarkable performance of her students in the CBSE Grade X and XII board examinations in 2012.

A strong believer in lifelong learning, Ms. Vaze has completed the International Curriculum Readiness Programme (IB–MYP) and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Her corporate experience in Data Analytics further enriches her leadership and analytical abilities.
She passionately advocates for creating a positive, challenging, and collaborative learning environment where students are inspired to think independently, explore creatively, and embrace Mathematics as a life skill.

Ms. Nisha Chander, Vice President – HR & Operations at The Shri Ram Universal School Hyderabad and The Shri Ram Academy, brings over two decades of experience in finance, operations, and people leadership. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to building teams, shaping institutions, and nurturing people with care and consistency. From her early years in commercial management to leading large-scale school operations today, Ms. Nisha has always believed that success is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a balance of discipline with compassion.

At The Shri Ram institutions, she plays a pivotal role in creating systems that support teachers, empower staff, and enrich the learning environment for students. She sees her work as an opportunity to contribute to something larger than herself — the growth of schools where children can thrive holistically. Her leadership is defined by a people-first approach, combining financial acumen and operational excellence with genuine care for the community she serves.

An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, where she completed the Executive Program and Certification in Transformational Leadership, and ICFAI Business School, where she earned her Diploma in Finance, Ms. Nisha continues to champion continuous learning and growth. She believes schools are living, breathing communities and often says, “When we care for people first, excellence naturally follows”.

Mr. Sarath Chandra Immadisetty has over 20 years of rich experience in school administration and operations. He is currently serving as the Bursar at The Shri Ram Universal School, where he oversees the entire spectrum of school operations. His role includes ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, building efficient systems, and creating a safe and supportive environment for both students and staff.

With an MBA in General Management from Auckland University, New Zealand, Mr. Sarath brings a global perspective combined with a deep understanding of the unique needs of educational institutions in India. His leadership is marked by discipline, integrity, and a strong commitment to excellence in school operations.

Over the years, Mr. Sarath has played a key role in shaping processes that support effective learning, teacher empowerment, and parent satisfaction. His focus on operational efficiency, attention to detail, and people-first approach make him a valuable pillar of the school. He firmly believes that strong administration is the backbone of quality education and works tirelessly to ensure that students and teachers can flourish in the best possible environment.
