Our Admissions Process Explained

The admissions process at The Shri Ram Universal School has been designed to make certain that students are appropriately placed at apt grade levels while maintaining the integrity and consistency of the school program and policies.

The admission Process involves the following steps:

Parents are requested to fill the enquiry form on the school website and use the registration number that is generated for all further communication during the Admission process. We strictly follow the age criteria mentioned below when reviewing applications.

Admission is subject to seat availability and completing the documentation. The application filed will be considered on first-cum-first-serve basis.

The admissions team will contact the parents through a call and email in case seats are available for the applied grade. An appointment for interaction with the parent and the child will be generated. Following the visit, we shall be happy to provide a personalized school tour to showcase our facilities.

List of Documents

  • Copy of original Municipal Birth Certificate, self certified by either Parent.
  • Six recent passport size photographs of the child and two of each parent
  • Copy of Proof of Residence- A photocopy of any Governament issued ID proof(Electrical card/passport/Driving
  • License/Telephone bill/Lease Agreement/Aadhar Card)
  • Copy of self- certified Aadhar Card of parents and child.
  • Copy of Immunization Vaccination chart
  • Report card of last session attended.
  • Original transfer Certificate from the school last attended(if admission is sought for Grade II and above)
  • For grade X and XII- registration form of previous school
Step 4 - School Visit

The parents should visit the school during the time-slot agreed upon and complete the admission formalities which include interaction, submission of documents and signing relevant documents.

To facilitate efficient bus route planning, parents opting for transportation services are requested to complete the provided route map. We are pleased to offer an optional breakfast and lunch at the school. Please advise the admissions team at your earliest convenience if your child will be opting for the food services at school.
Step 5 - Payment of Fee on Confirmation of Admission

Upon confirmation of your child’s enrollment, fee payment details will be provided by the Admissions Team. Please follow the school’s fee guidelines for payment to the Accounts Department.
