Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and workforce planning for teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity & POSH regulations
  • Drive performance management systems and appraisal frameworks
  • Oversee payroll, compensation structuring, and benefits administration
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
  • Support audits, inspections, and board-related documentation
  • Lead employee engagement and professional development initiatives

Eligibility:

  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and education-sector HR practices
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
