Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and workforce planning for teaching and non-teaching staff
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity & POSH regulations
- Drive performance management systems and appraisal frameworks
- Oversee payroll, compensation structuring, and benefits administration
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
- Support audits, inspections, and board-related documentation
- Lead employee engagement and professional development initiatives
Eligibility:
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and education-sector HR practices
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
