Student Signature Programmes

At TSUS, Hyderabad, we believe in nurturing a deep sense of environmental responsibility in every student. Our Shri Paryavaran programme is a vibrant, hands-on initiative that gets all of our Shriites actively involved in protecting our planet. This programme goes beyond the classroom, focusing on practical learning that builds a lasting sense of responsibility. Our Shriites participate in activities such as Tree-planting drives, Cleanliness drives, E-Waste Collection drives, and turning the community pollution-free. Shriites host eco-friendly awareness campaigns during festivals like Diwali and Holi, and promote sustainable celebrations. Through these initiatives, Shriites develop a deeper understanding of environmental issues and learn the importance of conservation, preparing them to be responsible global citizens. Our Shriites engage in experiential learning, where they directly participate in environmental initiatives. This approach moves beyond theoretical knowledge, allowing them to gain a deeper, more personal understanding of conservation and sustainability.

At The Shri Ram Universal School, Hyderabad, education extends beyond the classroom walls. Our Shri Dayitv programme transforms students into compassionate and proactive community leaders, who don’t just learn about social issues—they tackle them head-on. This initiative instills a deep sense of responsibility and empathy, preparing our Shiites to become agents of positive change in the world. Through this programme, Shriites actively engage in a variety of service projects. These hands-on experiences help them develop practical skills while making a tangible difference. Our initiatives include Fundraising through student-run stalls to support underprivileged communities, leading campaigns to ban single-use plastics and combat food waste, and empowering them with educational sessions on vital topics like palliative care, active bleeding control, and first aid, too.

Through Shri Dil Se, our educators echo the same spirit — extending support to those who need it most. From our own support staff to communities outside the school, every act is about connection, kindness, and the joy of giving.

Our commitment to service is strengthened by our official partnership with the Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills (RI District 3150) through the Interact Club of TSUS Hyderabad. This collaboration is a cornerstone of our community outreach, providing students with a structured platform to organise and lead impactful projects. Through this association, our students gain invaluable experience in teamwork, project management, and fundraising, all while contributing to a global network of service-oriented youth.
